an a-frame of one's own

Just having a house that is my own seems kind of neat. The cool thing is that it is well within my grasp. O.K. so maybe I couldn't live in said house full time for the first year, it is something that I know would fuel me to do well at my own practice as well as my writing.
A cute little A-frame in the redwoods, enough sun to grow jasmine and wildflowers. Decks front and back, and two official bedrooms. They may be small rooms but that's no matter. I could well rent out one room for a year to some nice woman and only have to come up with half the rent.
it is just so exciting. my life is exciting in so many ways.
