It's all over now

The tsunami of pre and menstrual moods has now settled. The blood has come and gone, and I get to operate from a place of emotional balance once again, instead of the runaway train of hypersensitivity. Whew!

Good timing too because it isn't easy trying to make new connections, new friends and such when being so wacked and unmoored. Gotta go get some of that vitex herbal elixir to stay in balance. I'm afraid that I might scare some *one* off with the strange creature that i get hijacked by once every few cycles.

School has been intense. All good, even the challenging teacher about whom many of us complained to higher ups. All seems settled, she's toned down, and we all learned a little something ...the details are still comng in.....
